Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

UPDATE: With your support, I've continued to grow this business to exceptional heights, with growth seen each day.

This does come with, however, some growing pains. As I'm still a one-person shop that still runs this purely on free time (I also have a full-time job I maintain), strong demand has increased wait times slightly in getting orders sent out.

However, as the saying goes, "good things come to those who wait." While I can't match Amazon's ultra-speedy fulfilment times, I can get your order out in a reasonable timeframe (typically, within 1-5 business days) and provide you with a quality product that I truly believe is world-class. I appreciate your patience in advance with any wait you may experience in the near term.

**SHIPMENTS TO USA ARE TAX-FREE** (unless over $800 value)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AP Shave Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Shipments

Lost, Damaged, and Stolen Shipments are eligible for a refund. Lost shipments must have no tracking updates for at least 14 business days for international shipments. Damaged shipments require photo evidence and will be reimbursed either fully or partially depending on the damage.

Lost & Stolen shipments are eligible for a full refund. I use a no questions asked, honour system. I'm a very small business but I will absorb the cost for you, however I do ask that if the shipment turns up that you contact me (andrew@apshaveco.com) and pay for the items, minus the cost of shipping due to the issues. 

If you choose to repurchase after a lost or stolen shipment, your repurchase order & all future orders will all be final sale & not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
