26mm-28mm Knots

I paired the 26mm Cashmere bulb with an AP Ivory-Green handle, and it’s perfect. I set the bulb in the handle as deeply as I could for a little backbone. It’s perfect. I give the Cashmere bulb a full five stars. It’s soft and splays just right, and it builds lather beautifully. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Recently purchased both a G5A (German) and a G5C (Japanese) brush with Andrew doing the settings. Both quickly produce and retain a thick, luxurious lather. Perfect combination of backbone and softness with just enough scrub. They are a step up even from my Simpson Trafalgar and Phoenix Star-Craft brushes with the Japanese winning by a whisker. By far my now favorite brush. VERY IMPRESSED!

What a pleasure it is dealing with Andrew, a true artisan who operates his business with the same personal touch and skill as he uses creating his brushes. Always there to advise and answer any questions, a rare commodity these days!

Most backbone of all the G5 knots but soft at the same time

I'll keep this short and to the point, this knot has ruined all my other knits/brushes for me to the extent I haven't used them since I got it!

We're talking the softest tips (soft as a cloud) but so much backbone that it will just not splay at all unless wet and loaded but zero scritch - wish I'd got this ages ago!

Huge upgrade from my old Semogue 620. Worked great out of the package and haven't really noticed any shedding.
