USA CUSTOMERS ONLY - 2026 TARIFF UPDATE - Although the original tariff does not apply, the new flat 15% tariff still applies - I will be collecting duties & taxes on shipments to the USA as shipping carriers are refusing packages without pre-paid tariffs. Tariffs will be calculated at checkout so you'll see the final price, with duties, at the last step of checkout. Thanks in advance for your understanding in these uncertain times.

Life update! I'm engaged, and my fiancé got an amazing job in another city. I've successfully set myself up to ship from both cities now and don't anticipate any major changes to my business. However, it's important to note I'm still a one-person operation, working a full-time job (that's not shave-related!), splitting time between two cities, and also pursuing my master's part time. The brush business is a wonderful part-time hobby for me that I do out of passion and joy (I think my 1,000+ five star reviews and 12,000+ brushes sold reflect this!) but I do ask for your patience as I navigate a very busy, but very fulfilling life.
However, as the saying goes, "good things come to those who wait." While I can't match Amazon's ultra-speedy fulfilment times, I can get your order out in a reasonable timeframe and provide you with a quality product that I truly believe is world-class. I appreciate your patience in advance with any wait you may experience in the near term.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AP Shave Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. You are responsible as the customer to know your country's importing laws, and duties & taxes rules.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you can't find that email please reach out to andrew@apshaveco.com.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Shipments
Lost, Damaged, and Stolen Shipments are eligible for a refund. Lost shipments must have no tracking updates for at least 14 business days for international shipments. Damaged shipments require photo evidence and will be reimbursed either fully or partially depending on the damage.
Lost & Stolen shipments are eligible for a full refund. I use a no questions asked, honour system. I'm a very small business but I will absorb the cost for you, however I do ask that if the shipment turns up that you contact me (andrew@apshaveco.com) and pay for the items, minus the cost of shipping due to the issues.
If you choose to repurchase after a lost or stolen shipment, your repurchase order & all future orders will all be final sale & not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
